Casasnovas Construction is a new organization that started in 2022. In spite of our recent arrival to the construction and land development scene, Casasnovas is already making substantial investments in the land development landscape. Our first project is called San Mateo in the La Joya, Texas area and will see 57 units completed by the end of the first quarter of 2023. Looking to the future Casasnovas Construction and Land Development has already made the necessary land acquisitions to add approximately 120 units in Hidalgo County.
As communities and families grow, the need for affordable, well designed and aesthetically pleasing living spaces becomes indispensable for multi-generational prosperity and success. Casasnovas Construction and Land Development will in the coming years build mixed-use urban centers and multifamily housing sites that will fill the demand of the diverse needs of our urban and suburban cities, towns and neighborhoods
